Q. How do I know if the type of accommodation that I want is available?
A. Complete the enquiry form in the booking page ensuring that all information is completed.

Q. How long will it take to respond to my enquiry about availability?
A. A response will be given within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours.

Q. What happens if after 48 hours I do not receive any response?
A. Provided we do not have any technical problems such as server errors or situations beyond our control, a response should be received on time. However, should you not receive a response within 24 hours, please email your enquiries to dsad@bsnl.in. Further, if you require immediate confirmation, please call Jala on her Mobile No. 9420163380 in Goa.

Q What do I do once availability details are received by me?
A It will be left to decide if you wish to book. Please be aware however that unless a deposit is received a booking cannot be made definite.

Q How do I book?
A. The booking process requires a 50% advance deposit that can be sent by crossed personal cheque from any UK/European bank in either UK pounds or Euro made in favour of Albuquerque Holiday Villas A/c No. 604010200000462 (Axis Bank), Candolim branch Goa.

Q. When do I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
A. Once we receive your booking along with cleared funds through our bank, an immediate confirmation of your booking will be dispatched to you. A copy of this is all you require at check in.

Q. When do I pay the balance?
A. The balance is paid on arrival and need not be sent earlier.

Q. Is it advantageous for us to book early?
A. Yes, being a small select property, rooms are highly in demand with bookings taken as far as a year in advance by repeat clients. It is therefore advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.

Q. How do I change my reservation?
A. All you need is to forward the new details with a copy of your confirmed reservation.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Part or full refund may be made upon cancellation at the hotel discretion depending upon on the circumstances of the cancellation and the booking position.

Q. Are there discounts for stays of 4 weeks or over?
A. Our rates are structured taking into consideration previous guests requests. Our rates include stays of up to 12 weeks duration. For longer stays, please enquire with Jala.

Q. What are the room check-in and checkout times?
A. The check-in time is 10am and check out time is 12 noon.

Q. Should we have a late arrival or departure and require a longer check out time, is this possible for an extra fee?
A. Late checkouts are usually not chargeable but subject to availability of rooms.

Q. We would like to check-in early, is this chargeable?
A. An early check-in is usually not chargeable but subject to availability of rooms. Please indicate in your booking form if you wish to check-in early as we may be able to accommodate your request free-of-charge – should rooms are available.
